The Lion King is a 1994 American animated musical film released by Walt Disney Pictures. The film is set in a kingdom of lions in Africa and tells the story of Simba, the fleed king of Pride lands, who returned to fight with Scar under the courage of his friends. A computer-animated remake of the film was released in 2019.
